AND IDEATION
Claire and her team run inclusive and productive Ideation workshops covering sample concepts for evaluation, Blue Sky innovation and recipe formulation.
The team also offer structured sessions on taking cost concepts from sample to initial scale up and trials, and draft to test and specification.
RESEARCH
AND DEVELOPMENT
Using her strong understanding of the market opportunities available and by assisting with the analysis and research of all elements Claire is able to effectively advise on competitor activity, raw materials, sourcing and testing, appropriate equipment and product and packaging.
MANAGEMENT
AND SUPPORT
Claire actively enjoys Team Development , working with and within teams in both a development and leadership role. Using Lean Six sigma, Continuous Improvements concept and Project management (Prince 2) the team work closely with the client to initiate, plan, execute, control and close out work packages.
